[BUG] can't scan for LAN games (net0/)

HARDWARE:

PS3 Super Slim (not Hard-modded for qCFW) connected to the internet via Wi-Fi
PC: R7 5700G, no dedicated GPU, 16Gb Ram 3200MHz DDR4, 500 GB Sata SSD, 4tb seagate expansion USB hdd (where i store my games) Windows 11 25H2 connected to internet via LAN cable (Ethernet Cat. 5e)

MY ISSUE:

So, today i updated to HFW 4.93 HEN 3.5.0 and WMM 1.47.48p (from 4.92 HEN 3.4.0 and WMM 1.47.48n, i think)
And now i can't scan for LAN games, i set the IP, check the box and save, but once i reload the XML it says 14 games (HDD, i have like 30 more on my Net0/) and when i go back to WMM the box is unchecked, and yes the Netsrv IS running on my PC, i tried restarting both my PS3 and my PC, i tried reinstalling WMM (to the previous version), but nothing works and the box still unchecks itself and idk what to do, any solutions?

1. PS3NETSRV must be running before you turn on the PS3.
2. The PS3NETSRV must be running and the remote files must be listed if you access http://PS3-IP-address/net0 (e.g. 192.168.1.123)
3. PS3 and the NAS/server are recommended to be in the same domain or LAN workgroup. Check that the network settings are correct. e.g. 192.168.1.111 and 192.168.1.123 or 10.0.0.11 and 10.0.0.88
4. The port 38008 must be open for inbound/outbound in the firewall of the NAS/server and/or router.
5. Both PS3 and the NAS/server must be configured with static IP address. Do not use DCHP to assign the IP addresses.
6. The settings in webMAN MOD must be configured with the remote IP address and the slot for PS3NETSRV#1 must be check marked. Verify that the remote IP address is correct.
