Cannot import from npm.

I'm getting the error

npm package 'chance?ssr&v=lnoso8ht' does not exist

It looks like npm imports are broken in aleph, as aleph is adding a query string for deno that doesn't work with npm imports.

If no one else is getting this issue it should be closed. I tried installing from NPM outside of aleph.js but it failed until I disabled IPv6 on my OS. Disabling IPV6 in the terminal in which I run deno task dev doesn't help, however, so I'm not sure if the two issues are related.
