Script (ReplaceItems) wants to open in InDesign?

Hey!
I installed a bunch of your scripts and was excited to test them out cause they all look really useful.

However, for some reason the 'replace items' plugin has somehow managed to get into InDesign? Each time I open InDesign it wants to run this script, though nothing is even open yet. As seen below, Illustrator is closed and while ID is starting up I already get the ReplaceItems popup! It also happens when Illustrator is booting.

I tried deleting the script from literally anywhere on my computer, but it's somehow still there. Any idea what is happening here? I can try to delete both apps but I'd have to completely delete the rest of my custom settings too and I'd really rather not.

Hello, is there anyone there? 😬
I just uninstalled and re-installed both Illustrator + InDesign and the issue is still happening unfortunately.

This pop up appears anytime I open either InDesign or Illustrator, and no where in either 'scripts' folders I can find anything remotely related to this. I even uninstalled without saving my (personal) settings.

Any idea how I can get this out of the way? It's not like I can use the plugin like this cause the window pops up when the apps are opening and then I have to cancel out of it in order to even open a file.
