Use the right channel so issues are handled quickly.

Before opening a report, check:

• Installation and Upgrades
• Migration Guide
• Troubleshooting
• Compatibility

Bug Reports

Open a GitHub issue using the Bug report form:

• https://github.com/alexphillips-dev/FolderView-Plus/issues/new/choose

Include:

• Unraid version
• plugin version (/boot/config/plugins/folderview.plus/version)
• clear reproduction steps
• expected vs actual result
• relevant screenshots/logs
• a sanitized support bundle from Settings -> FolderView Plus -> Advanced -> Diagnostics when available

Review the bundle preview before attaching it. Do not post an unsanitized bundle or configuration export publicly.
