Action versioning

Currently, this action does not support either @latest or @v1, only allowing a pin to a specific version.

Is this intended behaviour?

Not intended but apparently it's manual only,

FYI, in GameCI we use a very simple workflow that detects semantic versions.

Looks like this, results in this. Official docs here.

It's quite light weight. Thought I'd share :)

@webbertakken suggestion, you might as well and also do it for the minor, such as, v2.0. But thanks!

Edit: Just noticed that that action does not support it yet.

Just major has been working fine for us. We're not looking for further granularity. Especially if nobody in our community asked for it in the past 3 years.
