S0-02 — README overhaul

The README was already substantial (polished in #214), so this finishes the honest gaps from the Sprint-0 spec rather than rewriting from scratch:

• Sharper value prop — positions AlianHub as a self-hosted ClickUp/Jira alternative with built-in time tracking (screenshots + timesheets) and AI planning.
• Honest feature-status table (✅/🔜) — importantly marks Gantt/timeline as roadmap, not shipped (verified: the view is registered in the switcher but has no implementation), so the README does not over-claim it.
• How AlianHub compares — a factual table of capabilities free & built-in here but paid/limited/absent in other open-source PM tools (time tracking w/ screenshots, custom fields, custom roles, dashboards, chat, AI, milestones). Notes both are AGPL-3.0 and that AlianHub still has gaps of its own.
• Deploy & customize with Aliansoftware — services CTA (managed hosting, custom features, support).
• Fixed dead links — ROADMAP.md was removed earlier; its two README links now point to Discussions. (S0-05 will re-add ROADMAP.md and can repoint.)

Verified live (200): demo.alianhub.com, help.alianhub.com, alianhub.com — those links are kept.

Not included (can't do from here): the animated Kanban GIF the spec mentions — needs a screen recording; follow-up.
