command 'fc.extension.bind.account' not found

Describe the bug
安装完插件重启vscode，绑定账号时出现，其他功能也会提示没找到命令之类的。

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on Bind new account
2. See error：command 'fc.extension.xxxxx' not found

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: MacOS 13.0.1
• VSCode Version: 1.73.1
• Aliyun Serverless Extension Version : 1.27.19
