Not sure whether DendroPy integration should be placed under developer tools or end-user tools.

Since the prexisting conversion I mentioned lives in developer tools (https://github.com/alife-data-standards/alife-std-dev-python/blob/master/ALifeStdDev/phylogeny/dendropy_utils.py) and the tool you just wrote is designed to be used as a command-line conversion program, I think it makes sense for yours to go in end-user tools |

Oh, I see, it can be used either as a command-line tool or as a module. I'll take a look at the module functionality a bit later and see where I think it fits in best |
