MS Windows now ready for development

I have used Ubuntu exclusively for development from the beginning, and only recently tried to use a Windows setup (using VSCode). I found several bugs and they have now been fixed. Everything should work in a windows setup with the following exceptions:

• The map generation will produce html files, but not show them interactively (no http server support).
  You will have to find the "map.html" files in Windows Explorer.
• The android cross-compilation tools will not work.
