It seems to me that we can’t accept this PR as it is.
Please provide some context about the problem these changes address, and don’t forget to add or update the unit tests.
Also, please take a look at the CI pipeline, it’s currently failing and needs to be fixed.

fullName identifies all test results that correspond to the same test function. It doesn't depend on arguments by design. If this is not suitable for your specific case, feel free to open a discussion, and we'll do our best to help.
