Bug: Group shared time limit ignores first app

Bug description: So I was testing the Group shared time limit feature / schedule feature and I added some of my distracting apps and.. well it let me use one app ( Youtube Revanced ) for longer than what the group shared limit was, and after closing ( not keeping in background ) and reopening it just kept spamming notifications at me that the app was going to reach its limit in 8 minutes.
I was not able to reproduce the notification bug but I did reproduce the first one. I'll again attach a google drive link.
Device description: android 9 (2019 build because of an issue can't update to 2020 one, if you need build number, say so.)

@PranavPurwar also it would be useful if you added an option in settings to copy recent logs, do add log size limit. It could be greatly helpful to find the root cause of the issue, and maybe find out more about accidental, non-reproducible bugs.
