This PR adds a new
windowoption for desktop platforms to only show the toolbar on top of app screen:Technically this is achieved by adding
GenericDesktopWindowFramePainter, modified fromGenericDesktopMonitorFramePainterto remove monitor frame etc.This feature is quite useful when generating screenshots for desktop platforms.
