chore(cleanup): Remove old test scripts and reports

REMOVED:
1. Test Scripts (26 files):
   - Deleted all old test-*.ts files
   - Kept only 3 essential tests:
     * test-v9-lite-e2e.ts
     * test-v9-multi-framework.ts
     * test-v9-e2e-complete.ts (with cleanup integration)

2. Test Outputs (12 files, ~500KB):
   - Deleted from packages/agents/test-outputs/
   - Kept 3 recent reports (784KB):
     * v9-lite-netflix-conductor-1761872683833.md (364K)
     * v9-lite-spring-boot-admin-1761872492758.md (60K)
     * v9-lite-netflix-conductor-1761865878111.md (355K)

3. Reports Directory (147 files, 8.9MB):
   - Deleted all reports and subdirectories
   - Reports directory now empty (0B)

DISK SPACE FREED: ~9.4MB

FILES CHANGED:
- 170 files deleted from git tracking
- 3 test scripts remaining
- 3 test output reports remaining
- Reports directory cleared

RATIONALE:
- Keep only actively used test scripts
- Maintain minimal test output history
- Remove accumulated report files
- Cleanup enables easier project navigation
