Add DateOnly support and XML serialization enhancements

Updated version to 6.0.4. Added DateOnly handling in MethodGeneratorHelper and XmlReaderExt. Introduced DateOnlyXmlValue with auto-generated code for validation, parsing, and XML serialization. Added unit tests for DateOnly XML parsing. Configured DiffTools to use VS Code.
