how local server communicates with scratch? #2

Description

@zacSuo

Thank you for your project. It works well in the beginning but CAN NOT do any other work.

After start the local node server following your steps, when I click the green flag within scratch to start the project, the local server output the message that tells the port opened. I am so exciting , but after that I cannot make it work any more. Maybe it cannot communicate with scratch. It means that I cannot select the serial port on scratch and nothing happened on local server any more when I click other buttons on scratch.

So, I am confused that how scratch tell local server its starts, and where can I edit the code?

serialport : 7.3.1
socket.io : 2.2.0
