mpv flagged as "NSMusicS" in media widget

Describe the bug

mpv players are flagged wrongly, namely because there is an override

yasb/src/core/widgets/services/media/source_apps.py

Would it be possible to change it back to simply "mpv"? We are in an era where there are multiple mpv-based players, but all they do is simply create a mpv process and call it via ipc. I think it is wrong to override it
