breaking change in misp-module 3.0.8 package

Hello.

misp-modules-3.0.8-1.el9 silently changed the version of python binary used from 3.12 to 3.14. While it doesn't affect shipped modules, it breaks custom modules installed under /var/www/cgi-bin/misp-modules-venv/lib/python3.12/site-packages/misp_modules/modules/expansion/.

I don't know if python version change was intentional, or needed for compatibility, but this kind of change should have been mentioned in package changelog.

I'm adding it the the package changelog.

The change was initiated by the misp-modules maintainers, they changed/cleaned all modules to be compatible to python3.14. The Docker images are now also shipped with python3.14 and the idea was to make all MISP installation flavors as similar as possible.
