Improve comparison page

The current comparison page is very basic.
We should add more features:

• Add support for sorting columns alphabetically
• Add support for filtering each column by value
• Improve padding and margin
• Add filter for the minimum number of votes
• Add checkbox for only showing open source tools (i.e. tool.proprietary === false)
• Do you have more ideas?

I will be working on this, also I will add an icon on the votes column that will show the number of Upvotes and downvotes

Some more details:

• Sorting: Click on the Tool field or the Votes field and the entries will be sorted by that field
  Example: https://autodesk.github.io/react-base-table/examples/sortable
• Filtering: Click on the Category, Type, Tags, and License field and the
  entries can be filtered by user input
