+Not directly, but there is a [Fake Devices](https://github.com/andrew-codechimp/HA-Fake-Devices) custom integration which allows you to create devices for things like TV remotes, wall clocks etc. Once you have created a fake device you can add a battery note to it to track the battery type and last replaced.
