FEATURE REQUEST: Add a switch to allow Latest Equal Min/Max date recording

Purpose:

Instead of only recording the date the First Min/Max was achieved add an option to allow updating the date on each subsequent equal Min/Max value. This allows for answering the question, when was my last Min/Max reached.

Why:

I have a Solar System and want to track the performance of each Panel. The panels have an absolute production maximum. I want to be able to track if Degradation is happening by checking if a Maximum can be reached every year.

Should be fairly easy to implement and a good use case.
I'll add it to my list for a future release.
