fix(docs): 移除 GitHub Actions 贡献者生成相关代码。

- 删除 .github/workflows/CONTRIBUTORS.yml 工作流文件。
- 从 README.md 和 README_EN.md 中移除贡献者相关的占位符和图片链接。
