Finish migrating to `tinyglobby`

Description

This repo is half on tinyglobby and half on fast-glob. That appears to be because there were a couple of fast-glob options that were not present in tinyglobby (SuperchupuDev/tinyglobby#136). Those options are now present in tinyglobby, so it should be possible to finish the migration
