Adds some logic to collect Lighthouse data for the eval run.
Moves out the tooltip styles to make them easier to reuse.
Adds an even smaller variant of the score component.
Updates the report app to render out the Lighthouse data.

Adds support for gathering Lighthouse data and rendering it out in the UI.
Note: the data in the screenshot below is from a development server and the Lighthouse data currently doesn't influence the overall AI score.
