fix: sync Cloudflare worker with 8 MCP tools + design guide

Updated workers/mcp to match the main MCP server:
- Added get_started and get_page_template tools
- Added fuzzy component name matching
- Added CSS_SETUP_NOTE and DESIGN_GUIDE to responses
- Updated landing page with new tools
- Fixed tsconfig for clean compilation
