Decision: needs maintainer review — no automated fix opened

Issue #3086 asks to add CommandCode.ai as a brand-new provider. While the provider is real and well-documented (live models endpoint at https://api.commandcode.ai/provider/v1/models, full per-token pricing at https://commandcode.ai/docs/resources/pricing-limits, and OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible endpoints), adding a new provider is not something I can complete as an automated TOML-only data fix:

• Mandatory logo (hard blocker). Per AGENTS.md, "Every new provider needs a providers/<id>/logo.svg... A PR that adds a provider without a compliant logo is not mergeable as-is." A logo is a non-TOML brand asset, and my constraints limit edits to models/ and providers/ TOML files only (no code/schema/UI/docs/assets). I can't produce a compliant, brand-accurate SVG.
• Optional sync module (code). The provider exposes a context-rich catalog endpoint, which AGENTS.md says should ideally be wired into a sync module like OpenRouter's. That is TypeScript code under packages/core/src/sync/, explicitly outside my permitted scope.
• Thin API for required fields. The /provider/v1/models endpoint only returns id, name, context_length, and created — it does not expose modalities, capabilities, pricing, or reasoning controls, so hand-authored TOMLs would still need substantial verification beyond the issue's single link.

Because a mergeable new-provider PR requires the logo asset (and benefits from a sync module) that fall outside automated TOML-only edits, this needs maintainer review. I did not open an automated fix.

Suggested next steps for a maintainer picking this up: create providers/commandcode/logo.svg (currentColor, square viewBox), add providers/commandcode/provider.toml (@ai-sdk/openai-compatible with api = "https://api.commandcode.ai/provider/v1", doc pointing at the provider docs), and hand-author providers/commandcode/models/*.toml using base_model references to existing models/ entries (e.g. anthropic/claude-opus-4-8, anthropic/claude-sonnet-5, anthropic/claude-fable-5, anthropic/claude-haiku-4-5-20251001, deepseek/deepseek-v4-pro, deepseek/deepseek-v4-flash) with pricing from the Pricing & Limits page; consider a sync module for the models endpoint.
