Agent often fails to send messages effectively. Multiple attempts may eventually succeed in sending them.

Description

Currently, I'm using version 1.4.0. For instance, when analyzing documents, the Agent only shows the message sent but there's no response. It takes sending the message 5 or 6 times consecutively before the LLM's response is displayed. I'm not sure if it's just my issue, but this situation didn't occur in version 1.3.5 before.

Plugins

No plugins have been installed after the agent was installed.

Same issue on v1.4.0 (Desktop and TUI).

UI remains usable after sending message - no spinner, no loading effect, no AI response.

But if I ask "are you loading?" or repeat the same message, it responds.

This also happens mid-conversation, not just on first message. Sometimes stops mid-turn after tool execution.
