GUI hangs during shell/tool execution (requires manual interrupt to continue)

Description

GUI sometimes becomes unresponsive when executing shell/tool commands (bash).

The chat appears stuck with no visible progress or output. The only way to recover is to interrupt and then prompt "continue", after which execution resumes normally.

I keep having this issue too, windows 10, in both opencode 1.4.0 and 1.4.8, breaking workflows.
