Kubuntu's Konsole ,Enter or ESC has no response.

I am using opencode in Kubuntu's Konsole. When there is a permission request or a prompt to make a choice, pressing Enter or ESC has no response.

Same symptoms — permission dialog options (Allow once, Allow always, Reject) cannot be selected using either keyboard or mouse. Also affects Esc to cancel/stop actions. Not limited to Windows.
