桌面版的供应商内置两个stepfun，配置有问题

一个为stepfun，一个为stepfun AI。实际发现stepfun AI是PLAN，需要变更名称为stepfun Plan。另外供应商step ai无法使用，一直Incorrect API key provided报错。供应商stepfun可以正常使用。
