Suppression des ressources cda de l'IG qui semble être la cause des ralentissements du build et possiblement d'erreurs.
Nous allons séparer l'IG document core en 3 IGs (métier, fhir, cda), ces exemples pourront être rajoutés dans les IGs spécifiques.
