Move Angle Instead of Cursor (Enhancement)

An option where instead of having a cursor, the radial slot is selected based on the angle of mouse movement while the cursor is locked and hidden.

(Would be easier to use on the fly compared to current functionality, but if #5 gets added, this will be more awkward to reorganize with.)

You could just lower the inner deadzone ¯_(ツ)_/¯ but sure I'll figure something out.

Nah, that's actually the opposite of my use case lol. I flick out to the tool I want, so the cursor is annoying because of that
