Migrate flex cable example to EDB + 3D Layout

### Bug description

The flex cable example in ``high_frequency/emc/flex_cable.py`` should be updated to use the flex bending capability in HFSS 3D Layout.

### Expected Behavior

The 3D layout UI now supports flex bending. This should be reflected in the example
