Editting screenmarkers

You cannot seem to turn on and off screenmarkers with a hotkey while leaving some on. It only seems to work to turn them all off or turn them all on

I have noticed this also but I'm afraid that the bug comes from the core client behaviour so I can't really change anything. There has been requests on the core client for having screen markers presets and I think they should implement those. Iirc RuneLite profiles modify screen markers so you can use those if Plugin Presets does not work.

Current Plugin Presets screen markers feature is very experimental and error prone to all changes so please be aware of that. Plugin Presets directly modify the raw config opiton of the core plugin and it may not work all the time when changing the configurtion from plugin presets...

I'll try to debug this and see if that is the case.
