Using vertical bars in preset names will irreversibly delete those presets

The Specific Issue:

Any filename containing | will conflict with Windows, and in doing so, the saved file is removed without the possibility of recovery.

Recommended Solution:

Make it impossible for us to save names with | in it, just like how we couldn't save names with : in it.

Wait, What Happened?

While figuring out what to name my presets, I edit a preset name from ON ; The Gauntlet to ON | The Gauntlet. I click to save it...
In response, the preset disappears immediately.
I go check the presets folder, but it's not there. So I search inside my recycle bin and it's not there either. I Google about vertical bars and find out about how Windows won't accept vertical bars in their file names. Derp, I wish I had known that earlier. LOL

misses | and few other characters. This should be fixed at some point.
