Bug

plugins/ralph-wiggum/commands/help.md line 49 documents the state file as .claude/.ralph-loop.local.md (with a leading dot before ralph), but setup-ralph-loop.sh (line 140) and stop-hook.sh (line 13) use .claude/ralph-loop.local.md (no leading dot).
