iOS app crashes immediately when tapping a session in the Code tab

Bug description

After updating the Claude iOS app, the app crashes immediately when tapping on any session listed in the Code tab (which shows active Claude Code sessions from a connected PC).

Steps to reproduce

1. Update Claude iOS app to the latest version
2. Open the app
3. Tap the Code tab
4. Tap on any listed Claude Code session

Result: App closes immediately (crash)

Additional info

• Uninstalling and reinstalling the app does not fix the issue
• The crash is 100% reproducible
• Sessions are visible in the Code tab but untappable

Environment

• Device: iPhone
• Issue appeared after the latest app update
• Claude Code running on a Linux PC (Debian)

Additional notes:

• Crash happens specifically when tapping a session with large context
  (many tool calls, memory files, long system prompts loaded)
• Session is visible in the Code tab but tapping it immediately closes the app
• Claude Code running on macOS
