Would it be possible to merge this? I'm really enjoying hugo-embed-pdf-shortcode but the pagination on a single page pdf is really annoying. |

I fixed the issue in #48 preventing the hidePaginator option from working. I didn't see that robertwenink also did the same in PR #45
I also fixed some minor typos in the script as well.
