Release a new version to update `subtrait-go@v7` dependency?

It's been a few months since the last release and in the meantime the substrait-go dependency has gone from v4 to v7. Is there any chance you could cut a new release (perhaps after #579), so I can stop holding back the subtrait-go upgrade in my own repos?
