Summary of ChangesHello @karthik-dev56, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed! This pull request updates the Apache Beam documentation to include a Python example for implementing a slowly updating global window side input. This PR adds a Python snippet demonstrating a slowly updating global window side input,
similar to the existing Java example in Beam docs. The snippet uses a dummy side input
for local testing and can later be extended with PeriodicImpulse for real pipelines.
