Just checked and we had 39 topics (a small number considering the number of times these tests are run). I checked a recent passing test and the topic it used was cleaned up normally. My guess is these are just leftovers from when I was still implementing the feature + test (those timestamps are from back in March).

I cleaned them up for now. I don't think we'll see them again but feel free to reopen if so
