Remove em-dashes from the Trust page#1672

I think the trust page is online - does this change something else? |
Replaces the em-dashes introduced in apache#1670 with plain punctuation (parentheses, colons, a comma, and a full stop) on the /trust/ page. Content is otherwise unchanged. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

Follow-up to #1670 (now merged), which added the
/trust/page.This replaces the em-dashes on that page with plain punctuation — parentheses for the in-line list, colons where a clause is introduced, a comma for the appositive, and a full stop for the closing contrast. The wording and structure are otherwise unchanged.
