To start using SPM with your plugin, a `Package.swift` file will need to be created in the plugin's root directory and add the `package="swift"` attribute to the iOS `<platform>` element in your `plugin.xml` file. To keep support with older cordova-ios versions, where only CocoaPods can be used, the appropriate `<pod>` tag can be extended with the attribute `nospm="true"`, which will exclude it, when Swift Package Manager is available, but install it, when it's not available.
