In the web console, go to the **Datasources** view and click **Edit compaction config** for a datasource. If your cluster has compaction supervisors enabled, the dialog includes a **Template type** drop-down. Select **Cascading reindexing** to configure the template, including default partitioning, skip offsets, and reindexing rules.
