What is the purpose of the change
The Flink Operator e2e tests for Blue/Green Deployments are currently disabled due to difficulties reproducing the errors encountered in the build pipeline. This ticket is to fix them.
Currently in the debugging stage of the test execution, full PR description coming shortly
