Having a website will make it easier for newcomers to get up to speed on Iceberg-cpp. and we can host the current capabilities and give examples of how to use Iceberg-cpp.
Decide on a framework that's native to cpp
Do the plumbing on publishing the website using GitHub pages and make it work with the ASF infra. The CI of PyIceberg might give some inspiration, also the gh-pages might give some insights including the CNAME file.
Would be nice to generate some documentation from the code etc.
