Compression levels can be 0 or negative. Currently, `ZSTD_minClevel()` returns `-131072`.

Hi @aparamon , I would prefer to work on this PR to get it merged and updated. However, I also would like to move forward with this, so I'm considering maintaining a fork if I do not hear back from you. Thank you for creating this plugin. I hope to work with you on this going forward. Otherwise, I hope to carry on the work you started. |
