[Improvement] InActive to Active State Change Does Not Auto-Refresh on Frontend

When a collection's status changes from InActive to Active, the frontend page does not automatically refresh to reflect the updated state. Users are required to manually refresh the page to see the changes, which negatively impacts the user experience.
