chore(deps-dev): bump pytest from 8.4.2 to 9.0.3

Bump pytest to v9.0.3 which includes a fix for CVE-2025-71176
(use of insecure temporary directory). Also relaxes the upper
bound from <9.0.0 to <10.0.0.
