docs: improve grammar and clarity in README#305

Align the inline comments in the quickstart session block (the lone right-drifted "# show server info" comment), and fix grammar and awkward phrasing throughout: the Motivation conclusion sentence, missing articles, the stale "one-shot command" mention in the bearer-token section (--header only applies when connecting a session), and a few unclear code comments.
