Submitless exercise feature

A way of giving points to students without submitting e.g. for attending sessions / grading anything external to the system

Possible ways to implement

• Batch access + javascript (CSV processed by the javascript and submitted via batch access)
• Student list + checkbox (checking creates a submission and gives full points)
• batch with a placeholder (submission to LTI tools that want input files)
